Maple Cranberry Granola

Simply a delicious treat to enjoy yourself or share as a homemade goody for friends.

 
 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/4 cup Simply Sunflower Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup Pecans
1/4 cup Whole Almonds
2 Tablespoons Flaked Almonds
1/3 cup Coconut
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
Salt

 
 

Instructions


  1. Mix together all wet ingredients.

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Spread evenly over a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 325ºF for 15 minutes. Stir halfway through baking.

  5. The granola should be golden-brown when baked.

  6. Let cool before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
