Welcome to the Simply Sunflower Oil Fun Run & 5K! Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply looking to enjoy a peaceful sunrise walk through one of Nebraska's most breathtaking sunflower fields, this event is for you. Held in the heart of Valley County on the very fields where Farmer Al grows the sunflowers used to produce Simply Sunflower Oil, this race offers a one-of-a-kind experience for runners and families alike.

Please note that this event takes place on an actual sunflower field rather than a paved road or trail. Participants should expect uneven, natural terrain and are encouraged to wear appropriate walking or running shoes designed for field conditions.

Every participant will receive an official Simply Sunflower Oil T-shirt, a bottle of Simply Sunflower Oil, and free admission to the Simply Sunflower Oil Field Day. The top female and male finishers in each age division will also earn a commemorative medal. The Fun Run and 5K both begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 1st. Check-In and On Site Registration opens at 7:00 AM.
